Asymmetrical boobs - please help!

Hi, I had my ba done 4 weeks ago and am not happy. My left breast was always bigger than my right but I didn't really notice it much before, or think it was too much of a problem. My surgeon told me he wouldn't correct it and that it would be no more noticable than before so I accepted that. However now that I have the implants, it is FAR more noticable. They look like they belong to 2 different people they are so different in size and shape. Even with clothes on it is very obvious. The smaller side has no volume underneath or at the sides.

I know my surgeon is not going to fix it as he explained that to me in my first consultation. I just had no idea it was going to be so obvious. So now I don't know what to do. I can't afford to pay all over again with a different surgeon and I am really not happy to have paid so much money and not be satisfied with the result. Has anyone been in this situation? Do you think that there are certain bras that might make them look more even - I am still in a sports bra. I am pretty sure they have dropped/ fluffed as they feel soft and are not at all tender anymore. Feeling very depressed and any advice would be appreciated. Buster43.

If your surgeon was any good he would have corrected the problem for you! I had my left side an a cup and my right side a b cup. My surgeon was fantastic and I have two different size implants in. My friend also had the same done.This surgeon has no pride in his work ( it must be one of the cattle market firms) the larger ones...any surgeon worth his salt would want all his work to look good as it's a great advert for him. My surgeon was fantastic and I have recommended many people to go to him. I would go back and say to him that he said that it wouldn't be noticed and it can and you would like it re-done. If not I would take the matter further!! It's your body darling so it's up to you to fight it or you will never be happy x x let me know how it goes.See who he is regestered under and tell him you will take the matter higher. I am 8 weeks post op and one boob is still bigger than the other, although they are evening out. They heal and drop at different times it can take up to 3-4 months before they settle more than they are now. Mine are softer than they were. So I wouldn't worry about re op's for now. You have more changes to come don't worry.

Before my op I had consults with 3 surgeons and they all said that I had one size bigger than the other which i can honestly say I had never noticed before.
Two of the surgeons said the size difference is not big enough to try to correct and so they would use the same size implant. The surgeon that I finally ended up using said I should leave it to him and during the surgery he would decide if the difference was enough to use different implants by actually placing them.
As it turns out my surgeon decided that he would use the same size implant, 380 overs in both. I have to say that when they were first done they looked the same size but I am now just over two weeks post op and there is now a difference in the size. It is something that i can really notice but dont know if it is just me being paranoid.
I do know it is early days and that they heal at different times and so i will just have to wait and hope they even up as really not happy with the size difference. It is definately a lot bigger difference than before.
