New to this forum

Hi everyone,

Im new to the forum but have read many posts over the past 2months or so, has been very helpful

I want to get a BA and have been for consultations a few times with same surgeon all thats left now is for me to book a date!! but my main problem is i dont want my family knowing about me having this procedure and was wondering if post op girls could let me know whether ill get away with this? i live with my parents and brother and theres no way i can tell them!

i know i will be looking bigger but i have started to wear extra padded bras at home so its not a shock!! i will be going in as a daycase, having partial unders - my surgeon says i wont be looking ill but will have discomfort.

i know this is a really weird situation, but has anyone been through similar situation? Any advise would be much appreciated.

Thanks girls xx

I've got a way with it!

I had my BA last Monday, 375 low profile overs, and my mum and dad have just left after having a BBQ with us. the only thing my dad noticed was the black bruise on the back of my hand - I told him a caught it in the car door!

I was a C cup to start with and now a DD/E so I just wore a loose fitting top.

xx

I manage to hide from peeps untill....

i told the wrong girl and i became talk of the school.
I had big gel bra's and have now got the same look so i could of got away with it,some friends even said they diidnt look it (didnt want to hear that but i know there not to obvious.
Use a well padded bra first.....but then it depends on what size you go for??
I had 340cc and has took me from an Acup to a C small D
You are better off being honest tho,you will need support after, its stressfull just getting back to normal, not through pain, but through the big change. x

I dont think ul get away with it

hi, i had 410 partial unders 2 weeks ago and u can defo notice i have had it done, i cant wear a bra for 6 weeks and i have been in agony the first week. my dad had to help me with the baby the 1st week then my fiance wen he got home.i cudnt lift a cup. ur better off telling them. ul need to be looked after, help getting out of bed. i cant speak for every1 but this is my opinion. i woke up after the op in loads of pain and couldnt stop bein sik because of the anesthetic.sum1has to take you home after op and be with you for 24 hours after. dont do it on ya own sweeti

xx

You wont get away with it!

Not sure if your post is real but if so, there is no way you can have a BA and keep it hidden from your family! Think about it, you'll be drowsy after the op and cant drive so how will you get back home with your case without them noticing?
If your having partial unders you'll be in pain and wont be able to lift - and you'll have a strap on to stop the implants riding up - how will you explain that one?

This isnt like getting your ears pierced, its a major operation and you need support for the first week or so - at least

Please tell them

Hiya, I am hoping to have my BA by the end of the year and i know i will be in pain and discomfort and need all the help i can get, especially as i have 3 kids all under 4. My husband will take the first week and half off work and then my dad is taking time off work so he can take my two oldest girls for 4/5nights so i only have the baby to look after. Even at this i know am going to struggle but cause my husband works shifts i know he'll be around to help me for 2 out of the 4/5 days.
This is really major surgery and you'll need help. i know you most likely worried that they will try and talk you out of it but dont be, explain your reasons and am sure they will be supportive.x
