I'm going back in...

Well girlies, I have posted on here a couple of times about my one higher boob, and I have had some lovely reassuring responses back so thanks to the everyone who replied.

However my worries were confirmed today when I went to have my dressings removed. Old blood instantly came from the stitch line from my high right boob and the nurse has said that it's blood and swelling which has made my implant sit so high (seriously the top of the implant was about 1cm down from my collar bone). So to cut a long story short I'm back in tomorrow morning to have the implant removed, the pocket cleared and then the implant back in! I'm so gutted I have to have surgery again but quite relieved and looking forward to having more even boobs that I can enjoy like so many of you on here!

Hopefully the pain will not be as bad as only having surgery on one breast! Will keep you posted!

im avin probs wi my rite boob, it feels so much heavier than my left and at times (not all the time) it feels like i ave a lump in the middle. cleavage area, not a lump u can see or physically feel.....its how it feels "inside" to me, im 9 weeks post op and it feels like its bruised at the top but cant see that afta nine weeks ???????i went bak last week to ave a cyst drained and i thought that wud be the end of all my probs...but no !!!!!!!!!!!! some ppl say u ave to wait 6 months for surgery to put something rite...is this correct ???

hope everything goes well. At least like u say u can then enjoy ur new boobs!!! So it will be worth it just a shame thats happened.

Im curious now

i didnt have drains,and the boobs that sits slightly higher and more swollen is taking ages to heal. Its not that bad but its more painfull then the other.I wish you a speedy recovery x

Well I'm glad your getting it sorted hun and no doubt afterwards you'll have fab boobies and you'll be able to enjoy it. I feel so sorry for you having to go through it all again but just keep telling yourself, it's worth it!!!

did you have drains??? Just wondering if thats why some surgeons use them to avoid things like that??? Just sent you a message but good luck tomorrow xxxxxx

I am sorry that it has come to more surgery for you, but like you say, at least after they will be sorted and you can finally enjoy your new assests. I wouldn't have thought it would be as painful as the pocket is already made and I think it is the making of the pocket that leaves us sore and tender,

have you got any photos has i have the same problem and going back to have a re op on september the 1st but my surgeon hasnt said what he is going to do yet has i had it done in poland and he hasnt seen them in person only photos
i am nearly 6 weeks post op i dont know why this happens i have done everything right like i am still sleeping on my back still wearing my sports bra day and night

Yes I do have a photo, but not going to be able to get it to you as I'm on my phone at the minute.

Have you had it from day one? I had it almost immediately after surgery. It basically looks like the implant is higher up on my chest but what threw me was the fact that the bottom was as big as the other one, which was impossible as my boobs were tiny but now I know it is full of blood.

I hope you get it sorted soon. I will let you know how I get on xx
