Could it be an infection

hey all,
i had a breast reductio and lift on the 8th July, Have noticed this week my scarring under my breast feels sore, Have had a look tonight after my bath and they are really red, sore and have a small small, white/yellowish soft bit, this does not seem to be pussy or anything.

Does anybodyknow what it is and should i call my nurse

I think what you have described could be the start of an infection although you say there is no puss! I would advise you ring the nurse better to be safe!

I know she will say cme and see me but i'm struggling for time off work at the min, and its a 2 hour drive for 15 min appointment. Thy just sore and i have this scab, but the redness has definately spread over the last few days

Hi Jo book an appointment and see your GP they can advise you and you wont have to travel so far!
