Who is the best surgeon for larger breat implants "uk or abroad" and cleaning up from a rupture?

Hi,

My 1st post so go easy on me lol

I have just recently found out that one of my implants have ruptured. I currently have 400cc teardrop silicone implants which were placed about 11 years ago. I went from a 34 b to a 34dd. So they haven't done too bad

I was going to get them redone next year but obviously finding out about the rupture I am going to have to get it done asap.
I found a lump in my breast and went to get it checked out and when they scanned me they told me the news. I have had a biopsy and will find the results of that on Tuesday hopefully it is what they think it is which is my lymph node swollen due to the silicone leakage.

So obviously I have been trawling the internet to find out where best to go.

I could go back to my surgeon in Bupa Leeds "Dr Oliver Fenton" who I must say did an absolutely fantastic job "everyone doesn't believe I have had implants"

But obviously there is the money issue as in why pay roundabout £5000 for just the BA when I could get it done and just a good a job for half the price ???

Do I go abroad to say Belgium, Poland etc...

Also does anyone know if they charge for removing my old implants and cleaning up the mess from the one that has ruptured ??? I am expecting there is but just wondering if anyone knows.

I am looking to go to around an F, FF cup "currently I am a dd" so I would probably be looking at implants around 650cc 700cc?
Mine have dropped a little and I don't want an uplift as I would prefer to fill them out and make them bigger as I love really big boobies

I want someone who is very good and happy at placing larger implants with minimal scarring and will do a good job at cleaning up and at the best possible price.
I don't want the cheapest boob job, I want someone who is excellent at their job with minimal scarring but would be a lot happier to not pay UK prices, If I have to then so be it but thought I would ask on here xxx

Brillant surgeon

Hi
Sorry to hear about your problem and hope you get it sorted asap.
My PS was Dr Oelbrandt who owns the Singelberg Clinic in Antwerp, Belgium. He was recommended to me and I was told he had "golden Hands" he really is a perfectionist! My breasts really were a mess requiring correction of severe asymmetry, full anchor uplift and implants. He wasn't happy to do all at once so it was done in two stages (two operations June and October). I can hardly see the uplift scars which is amazing and the total cost for the two ops was under £5,000. I know people will say there is your travelling etc but I have done it twice and I was fine and the cost was very reasonable.
His website tells you his history etc so I think he would be excellent to (as you said) "clear up the mess".
You can either visit him first at the Wimpole clinic in London or email him direct and he'll reply within 24hrs.
Hope this has helped and hope all goes well for you

Hi

hi
dont automatically think going abroad as a CHEAP option..bare n mind if anything goes wrong afterwards how much it will cost you in flights and time etc to go sort it out.

if i were you id go somewhere like bupa and like you say if you were happy with your 1st surgeon id tend to stick to him.
better to pay an extra £1000 or so than get a crappy job done and have to go back and get it redone or worse still have to fight to get them corrected if they say it not their fault etc. and end up having to pay for further re-ops (or worse a surgeon who scars you for life)

these new implants will be in your body at least another 15 years so go for THE BEST you can.

i had the mcghans 12 years ago i paid more than the going rate back then but they have stood the test of time so in my opinion go for the very best you can hun otherwise you might just regret it hun xxxxxxxxxx
