Recent revision ba for c/c +rhinoplasty op in dec. capsular contracture risk in additional surgery?

Hello ladies,

I had a revision BA in June to resolve capsular contracture issues. Changed from subglandular to submuscular placement with 100cc bigger implants. I am 5 months post op now and all is well. I am now scheduled to have sinus surgery and rhinoplasty operation in December. However I've recently read that there could be a risk of getting a low grade infection through additional surgery. Aware that a low grade infection could result in capsular contracture, so alarm bells are ringing. Having gone through a revision BA surgery recently I am wary about doing anything to bring on the dreaded capsular contracture again. However I do need the sinus surgery badly and really want the rhinoplasty op... so I'm desperately hoping that someone out there has had a BA followed by rhinoplasty (months later) and info on whether they experienced any complications.

As far as i know.....

You have to cover with a course of antibiotics. I know that for dental surgery , and I trust rhinoplasty will be very similar.
I have been explained that capsular contracture has something to do with infection, and that working in an area with many bugs, like mouth or nose (not to think about the other possibilities) may promote teh problem.
