Pics are up - 460cc overs with mr meleagros 1st nov 2009

Hi Everyone

I put my pics up now. Please pm me for the password.

As you can see above, i had my BA yesterday.

My partner and i arrived at 9am, for 9:30. The nurse came and took me to my room to get me settled in, check my paperwork and changed into my gown and my support tights. (very sexy...not) lol.
Then she went back to collect my boyfriend from reception.

But because i'd been getting up so early to get the flat in order on Saturday and with nervous excitement yesterday. I was knackered by the time i got into my bed. So needless to say i fell asleep.

The room was lovely, freeview Lcd TV on the wall, on-suite bathroom. My boyfriend was busy studying, so it was a good chance for him to get some reading done while i was napping.

The anesthetist came to see me around 10:45 to ask me a few questions about allergies.
Then about 10 min late My surgeon Mr Meleagros came to see me.

He double checked with me about whick size i finnaly opted for.
(this was decided on the toss of a coin. Heads 460cc, Tails 410cc, about 10:15 am that morning!!!!)
He is very straight to the point but he leaves you feeling confident that your in safe hands, and i was.
After he finished marking me up and signing my forms he said he would see me in a couple of hours.

True to his word, after my second nap (all that waiting is exhausting )
Someone cam to get me at 12:50pm and took me upstairs to the operating theatre.

After some gerneral chit chat the anesthetist came in and put the drip in my hand. (just a little something to relax me he said, yeah right) Next thing i remember was recovery...excellent!!!

No pain, no nothing, all i remember was talking non stop to the nurse in recovery when i came round. ( Bet she was wishing i went back to sleep!!)
I was a bit lively to say the least Well i got back to my room at 2pm so i was only really gone an hour!!

Once i got back down to my room another nurse came to fit me into my Support bra (got two free through Transform's November offer). They fitted me in a 36 E/F (started off a 36B). There not tight, just comfortable. The next size down was a 36 C/D which would have been a little too tight.

I had to stay a while at the hospital to have my drainage tubes removed and them to collect whatever was there to be drained, which wasn't much. Very stange sensation having those removed i can tell you. Not unpleasent, just strange.

Had my toasted cheese sandwich and a cup of tea, blood pressure checked 3 or 4 times which was fine everytime.
Once they were happy i felt ok they said i could go home. It must have been approx 4:30pm.
I really didn't expect to be there that long. Silly but i got it in my head that i'd be in and out by lunchtime!! So be prepared for that.

Journey home was fine although i kept fighting the feeling to fall asleep, not sure why.
Had a call from the hospital at about 8pm to check if i was ok and if there was anything i need to ask, which was very helpful.
Last nights sleep i was restless. Very hard to sleep sitting up. Not comfortable at all. But i will be getting a Orthopaedic V Shaped Support Pillow.127/0475 from argos today. Hopefully it should help.

Well enough rambling. ( Now you see why the nurse would have wanted me back to sleep!!!)
Today i'm a little more tender around the edges, although my breast are still largely numb. I've had a few air pocket which have amused me greatly, and i ache a bit when standing up. But otherwise so far so good.

I will keep you posted as things change.

I'd just like to thank everyone for there support so far and helpful answers and pictures.
As before, please feel free to PM me if you would like to see my pics.

Take care
ducks. xxxxxxxx

410/460 dilemma...

Hiya,

I've had 410cc overs, only one week on and would love to see your results as they are still quite swollen. I too had a 'toss' between the 410and 460, and may have lost the toss by going smaller!! However the shape is fantastic and still look massive when out of my bra!!

It would be great if I could see your pics so compare. I'm going to upload my pics later today!

Thanks, and congrats on the boobies!!

Steph xx
