Pretty post surgery bras marks and spencer

Hi girls (am two weeks post op 285 unders)

Went to M&S today to get a black sports bra (as sick of wearing my big white unflattering white one) and what did I find? A beautiful "post surgery" range consisting of pretty white bras,black bras, red bras and blue bras! Bought a really pretty white bra and a black bra with pink hearts, very comfy and no underwire specially designed for after surgery PLUS you get a 15% VAT discount if they are for yourself! And they look like normal bras, really nice and pretty! They are in the section with sports bras and nursing/maternity bras.

Just to let you know as I had no idea M&S did them.

Sizes and support

I bought mine in size 32C (not all the bras went down to 32, some only to 34) but most of them did a 32 back and B cup was the smallest cup size I saw. The lady also said you could order in other sizes.

As for the support, I tried them on and they feel very supportive and keep everything up and in the right place,no jiggling! I definitely didn't want that as I feel quite vunerable when they move about, I like them to stay in place! I bought the post surgery bra from ASDA that everyone raves about, it has prosthesis pockets too and these bras feel just as supportive as that one.

What does everyone wear at night? I'm in a medium support sports bra as I don't think I could sleep in the other ones

Hi girls,just had a look on line,and i think these post surgery bras are meant for ladies who have had masectomys,as they have pockets for prosthesis.Not sure how supportive they will be x

hey! thanks for that info, just looked at them online! only thing is though they dont do 32 back?? starts at 34 c.
