Hey gals thought id ask ya opioin ...

i went for a meeting with ms haddan in leeds .. op will be in manchester..
she says its totally up to me if i have infront of the muscle or behind as there are pros and cons to both .
if i have them behind the musle, they will last better behind for when i get older ,. sagging and that .. but ill have to have my nipple just one lifted a litle to make them level as slighty lower than the other .. but less cahnce of rippling and stecthmarks ..
but on top less pain and nipple can stay the same but will be slighty different but as they are now and thats not that noictable.. and she said i got good tough skin .. just that with age the rippling could happen but may not .... so advice on above or over be great?
and any one had ms hadden from america?
and there was a gal in thereand she had to be re- drained? has anyone else had that happen is that common? shes goin bac in tomoorw to be sorted . so i was impressed with the way and how quick they looked after her ...

Hi

Hiya hun I had overs as I have good tough skin (my surgeon told me) and I had a little breast tissue to cover the implant. there are pros and cons to both though, yes overs can sag a little quicker than unders, but iwhen your breast tissue sags when you have unders (and everyones will) you can get a double bubble effect. (implants high, nipples going south) Rippling can happen with both overs and unders. But as you got good thick skin probably wont get it. I know I didn't and I went from a 32A to 32F.
With age both overs and unders are going to need replacing due to sagging, age, breast feeding etc, it's just a matter of when. Implants can last 15-25 years maybe longers, it's how your boobs look when your 15-25 years older which will determine whether or how soon you have a re op.
If you have breast tissue to cover the implant then overs can look/feel more natural. If you don't have enough breast tissue to cover the implant then this is usually why they place them under the muscle to make it look more natural they need something to cover the implant or you end up looking really fake like victoria beckham.
I didn't have drains, my surgeon (at tranform) doesn't use them and I have not heard of someone having to be drained twice, maybe she had a little complication with excessive swelling, it's good to know they were seeing to her quickly.
Good luck with your choice. I'm glad I chose overs, but not everyone gets the choice. If I had to have unders I would have, I was just worried about the cleavage issue where they stay apart even in a bra there's always a gap, but not everyone has this.
But both overs and unders are brill and look fab. So whatever you choose you will love them.

Transform

Hi hun.
I went with transform 4 weeks ago (3rd oct) altho I had mr mounir.
I had my op at abbey pines in manchester.I had 460cc unders. I was a 28/30B and now 28GG/30G I wasn't exspecting to be this big I was hopin for around a Ecup. But as I'm small framed measuring bigger. Oh and they we're high profile.

I had unders as I wanted to avoid the roundness stuck on look. I know a lot of girls have had overs and managed to avoid this but like I said I'm v.small framed and petite and very skinny arms as well as chest so I think overs would off given me the stuck on look.
I was aware off the risks with unders for example....feeling the implant move, getting a funny shape when bending over or in a funny pozition, can't get a cleavage, lose sensitiveness in nipples, restrictions on activities like running, swimming etc, and longer recovery but I have to say I really shouldn't off worried about it all and so glad I had unders because I have had the easiest recovery I could imagine by day 3 I was doing EVERYTHING! I have a great clevage, I'm actually more sensitive in the whole breast region lol and I dance for a living and it hasn't restricted me in the slightest. They look fab in every poztion. I'm so pleased with them!!

Good luck for ur future ba hun and hope iv give u a bit off insight a bit with unders.
Xxxxxx
