Really lumpy hard scar

I had my BA done just under 3 weeks ago...All going well I think except that my left scar is harder, sorer and lumpier than the right one.

I dont even notice the right scar but the left one rubs on my sports bra and gets sore.I put bio oil on them every day to soften and help them fade but tonight I had a good feel of the left one and its so hard it feels like something is inside...hard to explain

Has anyone else had this and if so, did it soften up ?? Im worried I might have to have it cut out or something ??!!

I did

ey hun i had that xx felt as if there wis a tiny hard thing indide felt liek a stitch? I foned the nurse and told her and said not to worry it was scar tissue and soonor or later bio oil would clear it xx and happ to say it did the hard bits gone xx the bio oils great xx try it for a wee hwile longer and if it doesnt g away fone up and say ur worried incase it is a stitch or someting xx

Its actually big!

Its more like the thickness of a pencil and feels just as hard as one..Its worrying because the other side its so much flatter, Im starting to wonder if its started to become infected as it is tender.I only noticed this hardness a couple of days ago.The scar isnt weeping or anything but it cant be normal..

I will call them if it gets worse or doesnt improve. Im wondering if thats how an infection starts ???

Thanks girls

I try not to think about it too much but u know what its like...especially when one is ok and the other isnt.

I will leave it alone as much as possible. but its almost like hes sewn me up all folded over inside ........... !!!

It does feel worse than it looks though so I will wait and see for now

They will get better
