410cc to big?

Hey Girls,

I need some advice with regards to implant size. My stats are:

5.5" tall
8 stone 10
Currenlty a size 34B
Op scheduled on the 18th of Dec.

At my consultation I told my surgeon I wanted to be busty D cup. The words had barely left my mouth when he handed me a 410cc implant. IT FELT HUGE!

My boyfriends eyes nearly popped out of his head! (He'd have me go to a G cup if he had his way! ha )

Im just worried 410cc will be too big? I havent had kids yet so Im already worried which ever implant i choose will sag slightly when I do fall pregnant. More so the bigger they are?

Plus I enjoy going to the gym reguarly so I dont want to end up with a size too big to enjoy excersize.

Before I had this consultation I went to another Cosmetic Surgery Clinic and the surgeon there recomended that I only go for 290cc in order to acheive a D cup?!

How can 2 surgeons range from 290 -410cc in order to achieve what they believe will make me a D cup?

Im going to go back and discuss my concerns with my surgeon this month but I would really appriciate any advice ready for when I meet with him.

I'm having 410's too

Our stats are almost identical! I'm 5'4", 8st 10lb and currently wear 32C/occasionally a small D (but look more like a large B/small C). I'm having 410's on the 18th December too!! Which hospital are you going to? I'm having mine at Highgate. My surgeon offered me 410 and 460's & I chose the 410 (I thought the 460's looked a bit big for my frame and like you I'm a bit worried about going too big). He told me this should give me approx a DD/E which is what I'm hoping for.

I'm 5'5, 8st 10 and used to be 32B.
I had 360cc HP overs and now I'm a 32DD but sometimes 32E.
Look at my pics tey are in my album. (no password needed).
Because your stats are similar to mine I think 410cc would take you up to an E cup. x

410's will be good!

Hey im 9week post op now and i love my new boobs! I went with MYA and was offered 380's 410's 460's and 510's i wanted to be a DD I went for the 460's wishing now i went for the 510's haha!! I was 36 B before wearing size 12-14 clothes. My boobs were very far apart now, im a 36 DD sometimes E's depending where i go and i get an ace clevage!! i would deffo go for the 410's i promise you will always want them bigger!! I had 410cc and went from a 32A to 32F but I only look a DD in clothes, I had overs and haven't had kids, I was warned that with time both placements either under or over the muscle may need an uplift due to changes in the breast tissue from having kids or even just with age. My surgeon said they may or may not change from having kids it's just one of those things where you just have to wait and see. It's not a matter of whether you will need a maintence op (uplift/change implants) on your boobs it's just a matter of when.

They are a big difference in sizes offered?

Did they mention unders or over? Remember you lose about 15% volume of the implant if you had unders.

Looking at your stats 410 would not be too big...especially if you had unders but being a B cup you may have enough breast tissues to have overs.

I was a 32A and had 450cc unders...stats the same as yours apart from as I said I was a A cup.

I had 410!

hiya, i had 410cc overs 4 weeks ago and am sooo glad i went for the bigger option! i am very petite only 5ft 4 and 7.5 stone. I have not been measured yet no idea what i measure yet, all i can say is that even for my frame i dont look out of proportion and everyone that knows has commented on how good they look for my body! like u i was worried wen i put the implant in my bra at the consultation but rest assured they look no way near as big wen they are inside ur body! personally i think u will be fine at the gym but make sure u get a good sports bra for it! If u want to look a "busty D cup" the 410's will probably make u look about a DD as u are already 34B.... i have pics up on my profile if u wana take a look PM me! xxx
