18th nov unsure about size

Hi everybody, im having my op on 18th November having 475cc high profile unders im a 34c already 9.5 stone size 10 5ft 5
i would like to be 34dd or 34e but concerned if this may look too big the srgeon said i could carry it off, i dont wanna go to be too big or too small anyone had a similar size to me and have any pics i could look at xxxxxx
