Scarring & neat stitches?

I'm looking into having a breast reduction soon & I know there will be some scarring.
I was wondering if anyone is recovering from there op what the scarring looks like? Also does it depend on how the wounds are stitched to how the scars heal? especially as its around the nipple area? I suppose if its bad sticthcing then the nipple area will look awful
Are all surgeons the same or are some better at stitching than others?
