10 days post op, scar bleeding a bit ??

hey hey hey girlies
im 10days post op, had unders and had suturers trimmed on friday. Nurse said i hadn't healed and put butter fly strips on my scars, today i noticed there blood come throug???
anyone know if this is bad???

hi im in the same position this is normal did you not get any butterfly stiches to take home with you. dont worry any concerns phone the after care team .. shooting pain can last up to a year. sav

My surgeon said my wounds would be sealed in 3 days. When i had the little dressings removed after a week they were just like 2 thin red lines.
I dont think its right that they should still be weeping after 10 days! Get it checked out love!!!

Hey chick i would get in touch with the clinic straight away cause you shouldn't be having that problem. Perhaps the butterfly stitches were not enough to hold it together. Have you been taken it easy?

I'm 10 days post op too.
My scar is healed so well its just a red line now.
Definitelly not open anymore.
Don't think they should be bleeding at all.
Call the hospital where you had it done.
Doesn't sound right to me. x
