Many thanks to those of you who helped me through the weeks before my op. I was asking question after question!

I had 525cc overs on 9th Jan with Mr. Traynor at Abbey Pines - Transform Manchester. Throughout all my consultations I told them I wanted to be at least a D-Cup. I was told a 525cc implant would take me to at least a D.

I was very pleased with my whole experience at Transform. The staff were brilliant, the care I received was second to none.

I went from a 38A (absolutely nothing) to having SOMETHING there. I was thrilled. At first.

My boobs have been in for three weeks now and they're getting softer every day. Can't wear normal bras for another 3 weeks though.

I have been to Marks and Spencer, Debenhams, La Senza and Bravissimo and they all confirm I am a 38-40C. I've tried on D-Cup bras but I simply do not fill the cup. The C-cup bras fit perfectly but I wanted to be at least a D.

I am 5 foot 11 inches tall and a size 18. I have a broad chest and I'm a big girl. I am not happy with the size I am now, overs do not 'fluff' so they are not going to increase in size.

I want to express my dissatisfaction to Transform and discuss a re-op. How do I go about this?
Please help me with the legalities, the wording, all sorts. I've no idea where to start?

I'm not due to see Mr. Traynor for a post-op until May. I feel I should see them sooner to let them know I'm unhappy.

After 3 weeks I was a b /c 5 months on I'm a D

I know everyone is different but they do change as they drop!

I have just had 375cc unders. This is my 3rd op and still not happy. Had tummy tuck, slight reduction on one side and uplift - not happy with boobs or tummy. Second op was uplift again + 250cc - too small took me to a large c. 5ft 4in 9 stone. 3rd op on 21st Jan 375cc unders and look and feel no bigger than when I first wne in. I am totally gutted. Nurse measured me for sports bra and said I was a C cup!!! How come was that when I went in. Going to see surgeon on Tuesday and tell him I am extremely disappointed been so upset, depressed and crying. How many times before thay get it right.

hi i had 410 and im wearing 34f marks and spencers bras how come you had 525 and your smaller that dsnt make sense 525cc is bigger than 410 i think he must of used smaller implants

it's because I'm a size 18-20. I have a broad chest, so the imlpants really aren't that big on me at all.

Do you not have a six week aftercare check with the nurse due soon? Could you not mention it then?
Failing that, ring your patient co-ordinator, that's what they're there for.

The Nurse told me when I had my stitches out that I was to see Mr. Traynor in May and to call in April to get an appointment for May. No-one has said anything about a 6 week check.

I KNOW it's only three weeks, but they're not going to be bigger.
I know the patient co-ordinator will just say to give them time to change, but I told them the minimum size I wanted to be. Do you think I'll be able to ask for a re-op on the basis that I am not the minimum I asked for?

Sorry your not happy with the size I reckon all you can do is ask ..about not seeing Mr Traynor until May we had our BA the same day and I am seeing him on the 20th Feb for my 6 week check with him would have thought you should have one too so defo ring up and ask why yours isn't until May, I reckon you would have more success talking it over with him than your patient co-ordinator but you need to get it out there before May! - Let us know how you go on xxx

I'll ring my patient co-ordinator this morning and see what she says about seeing him sooner.
A size C really isn't that big on me at all, cos i've so broad-chested. I'm really unhappy about it all now.

Sorry to hear you are not happy with your size. I can't comment personally on what you should do but in my experience Transform have always been helpful so I would say get in touch sooner rather than later.

I had my op with Mr Traynor and at nearly 6 weeks post-op I have to say they are totally different to my 3 week stage and definately bigger!!!

Whether it's through the shape becoming more rounded, or smoothing out, I really don't know! Am not complaining tho. I'd try and give it some time so that your boobs can change as most of the posts on here say that they constantly change so you may actually be pleased with the overall look??

I actually only had 26occ overs but I was a 32b before op (not exactly buxom! but there was a good handful- wasn't totally flat! haha) Now I am measuring a 32D which is about what I really wanted as i'm only just over 5ft.

However the weird thing is that my support bra from Marksys measures a 32B yet every other bra is a 32D. Don't know how that happened!

I am wondering why you have to wait till May to see Mr Traynor as I've been given a post-op appt with him at my 6 week stage. This is apparently to get measured, take new photographs and have him look over them to check progress, scars etc.

Right, I rang my patient co-ordinator at Abbey Pines and asked why I have to wait till May. She said I can see him at 6 weeks if I want to, but he cannot really gauge results until after three months. So I've made an appointment for March (3 months after my op).
She asked if I had any problems.
I said I've had absolutely no pain, the scars are perfect and everything's great in my recovery, except my size. I said I'd asked for at least a D-Cup and I'm only filling a C. She asked what implant I had, told her 525cc (overs), she said "well thats the biggest size implant we keep in stock, if you wanted anything bigger you would have paid more for it". So I told her that Mr. Traynor said a 525implant would take me to at LEAST a D-Cup. She said "did you not have enough breast tissue for anything bigger?" I said "Yes, he said I could go bigger than that implant, but he assured me that a 525 would take me to a D and it hasn't"
Then she just said to discuss that with Mr. Traynor at my appointment in March.
So if he's told me I could go bigger than 525 if I wanted to but a 525 would take me to at least a D, then that's what I've done. I've taken his advice, I am not a D-Cup, so I need a bigger implant.

Hi just wanted to say im 3 weeks post op and i have to wait till July till i see my surgeon Transform Mancheter (Mr Clarke)im quite unhappy because i have concerns about size and recovery etc and i just feel slightly taken for a ride ie (£4000) now ive had my BA its like they are not interested in me.

Do you feel you're not big enough either? I've had no follow-up calls or anything. My recovery has been perfect, I was back at work after 5 days and I had NO pain. But they're still very pointy and not big enough. Will they just say 'well thats the implant size you asked for'?

they assured u something that your not.....same here,only not we transform,u c we dont have a clue about the cc. we have to take there word for it.an why wouldnt we....
i had mine abroad,the boobs are nice healed well like yourself.but wanted a big D,like yourself i am a c,bummer,
i am goin to complain,and ask for a re opp,appointment 10 feb,ill let u know how i get on an how i put it to my sergion.
althoe like u said,they might say this is a standard size they keep in stock and you have to pay extra for a bigger size.then i will offer to pay for the extra size only not the re opp.thats down to them isnt it surely....
