Spot on
My new bras arrived this morning... they are great!!
Front fastening, adjustable shoulder hooks which sit on the outside so no rubbing, no seam cups (ah how soft and cosy) and off course I now have a cleavage!! Got one black one white.
Thanks for the advice.
Am 18 days post op and still off work and mending so any advice on comfy bras is great!
take care Sam xxx

Thanks for the advice
hiya, the bras sound great! i havent had my op yet but ive already bought two from marks and spencers but think they will be too small so im gonna order a couple of the pure limes ones. only the best will do fo the new additions! lol. Just wondered if its the sports bra or the support bra you ordered??? they look pretty similar. Also Girlies i had a look on ebay and they do have some on there for £11.99 BARGAIN. Theyre arent many sizes though but worth a look.

Thanks
...for the advice on the bra, Ill be buying one in black and one in white!
Also girls, I have tried and tested Cica-Care on a scar I had on my boob after I had a mole removed and it is fantastic!! My scar is skin coloured now, so much so that my ps couldnt see it when I told him about it! My boyfriends aunt gave me some after she had a cancerous mole removed off her forehead and they gave her 5 times the prescription she should have had. I dont know if its available on prescription for anyone or if its just for serious scars (caused by cancer cause its really expensive!) but its worth while trying!

PS it cant be used until scar is full healed and you can just place it in your bra all day, wash it and re-use it the following day!

Thanx
Thanx for the advice! My op isn't till Feb 20th but I've just ordered one in a 34D as I am hoping to be either a 32DD or 32E and I figure that with the bandages on for a week after the op I'll want a 34 bra. If not, i can always change the size as their returns policy looks pretty good.
Thanks again. Is there anything else that anyone would particularly recommend after the op to speed up recovery? I am planning on taking Arnica and echinaeca (sp??) and I've heard some people mention using Bio-oil. I'd welcome any advice on how long to take these things, or when to start them.

Arnica
Hiya, I got told you should take Arnica for 2 weeks before and a week after the op but haven't had mine yet so don't know if it helps! I think you have to wait quite a few weeks after the op before you can use bio oil until your scars are healed. Also think some people have recommended getting something like 'cica care' which is like a slicone/gel sheet that you cut and put on your scars and is supposed to help your scars to heal well. xx

Bra's
Asda do some cheap sports bra's - I think they are £6 each. I just bought 2 different size ones, I had my BA 5 days ago and I am still swollen so when I know what size I am going to be I will spend a bit more on one.
