375 - 390 i want them to look natural help!
Hi all, I am booked for 30th june...2 weeks from now! And my doctor first suggested 390cc under, I tried them under the fitness bra and they look too big,,,he told me that it will lose 10cc if under, I went in today and saw the latest 375 cc cohesive and I chose them....375, I don't want them to look TOO big! but I want a full D cup...My doctor was in a hurry and said that the 375 will look good ??? I have no idea in reality how will they look. I am 5.5 and size 8 34 B now. Please advice me, I am reading here that I should pick the biggest, But I am really worried they will look un natural. Please help! any advice or photos if you have chosen either 375 or 390...is the difference really big???

From all the pictures I've seen what one person gets is totally different to the next even your stats match but to give you an idea i told my surgeon I wanted to be a D i'm 5'1 about 8 stone size 6-10 depending where I shop last measured as a 32A and he said 355 partial unders
so I would have thought the 375 would be fine - I'm sure if you advise your surgeon that you want to look in proportion and not ridiculous you will get a good result at the end of the day surgeons want their work to look good your a walking advertisement so I would take their advise i mean your trusting them to operate!!!

Thanks for the pictures, I think i'm going to go for the bigger size, just so scary when you see those big old rice boobs in you're bra!! LOL!
I think i'll have to put my pictures on here when i've had them done, because it's been so helpfull to see other people's piccies!

I was 32b before my op, size 8, and I am now measuring 32E in most bras 32F la Senza, I had 375 unders,I have pics on this site, Pm me for password if you want to have a look,

Im booked in for a ba on the 7th March. Im 32A and want to be a 32D, they advised 340-380. Its so hard choosing which size. Everyone says you should always go for the bigger size they offer. Whats the rice test? I think if your a 32B then a 375 will take you to a full D/DD.

hi hun i had 450cc unders in the end was ment to hav either 325cc or 375cc. im ment to end up with DDs after swelling etc. I was a 34A size 8. Go bigger I say!!! good luck xx

Claire I have had 250cc overs and now 375cc unders. If I was you I would take the bigger size every time. I am unhappy with mine as they do not look any bigger than they were before. Went from 34c to 34d and not a totally full d either.

12th march - 345 vs 375

Wow, we could be BA twins! I am also on 12th March, having either 345 or 375 unders too! Where are you having yours done?
I think I will go for 345, but still agonising. I am currently 34b (size 12) and want to be DD. If I go to the largest projection implant in my range, I can have 420cc (still 12cm wide, which is my breast base size) but like you, still very confused by the size issue. I don't think I want to have have v high profile implants but then I don't want to be disappointed with the size. These implants would have a projection of 5.9cm, which I think is quite a lot ??
Anyway, thought I'd day hi and let me know what you decide. What size do you want to be?

6 weeks post op
Hiya, i am 6weeks post op now. I had 410cc overs (which end up bigger than unders i have heard) and was a 34b, size 10 and now am a 34dd. In my opinion i would always say go for the bigger ones because even tho mine are big and everyone thinks so the booby greed is unbelievable, i don't even think they feel that big now. Thats my advice anyway! x

i have just had mine done partial unders 315cc left 335cc right. please look at mine and see what you think. i was a c cup but now ought tombe a d-dd but obviously still swollen only 5 days post op. my un is ck1981 and pw blackandblue

D or double d
Hi, I was booked for 375 unders last Thursday, after all that I read on here at my pre-op consultation I showed him a pic of an underwear model in Cosmo and said that was the effect I wanted. I ended up with 410 unders and at the moment I am measuring 34F !! 30 under the band and 36 over the nipples. I am expecting to lose some with swelling going down but I agree, if you want bigger, ask for them, its never too late until you are under the ga. Sorry but I dont have any pics but they are AWESOME. Size does matter!
Jen, I am 5'5, size 10 and I was 34A. I cant tell you how glad I am that I went larger than originally planned. I know these twins (Jordan and Katie) are going to get a bit smaller when the swelling goes down but I just love them. I think you have to go with what your surgeon decides on the day that he can fit in, but I am so glad I took an underwear pic in to show him so he knew the effect I had in mind. (March Cosmopolitan, Next ad on page 7)
