Failed smartlipo - legal action
There are many of us out there who have been conned into have Smartlipo without suction. Only a small minority seem to have had a positive result, and they are on the small areas, ie chin, knees or little lumps on otherwise slim people. For the majority, we have been conned into handing over our hard earned money on a supposed tried and tested, much hyped procedure, with promises of fat reduction, tighter skin, etc etc, and actually received no results what so-ever. Which magazine has helped a group of women take legal action against the industry for compensation of thousands, where they used the public as guniea pigs with Isologen, they took thousands and had no result, similar to SL. I would like as many of us as possible to band together and do something, they should not be allowed to get away with it. We handed money over in good faith and expected a result.
