Day case

Hi

I've been told by Transform that it's about £500 cheaper to have a ba on a day case. Only The Heath and The Highgate (both London clinics)offer a day case and Transform have said they can pick me up and then bring me home for £150. Has anyone taken advantage of this and if so, what time were you picked up as I'm thinking it will have to be pretty darn early (i.e 4am) as I live in Leicestershire.??

Hi,

My friend had her ba with Tansform in London 6 months ago and the cost of hers was 3700, she stayed overnight and had transport home back to Poole, it was all included in the 3700.
However, when I asked the coordinator about the costs when I went last Saturday, we were told the cost was 3900 (bit of a difference). When we asked about being a day case we were told it would be 3500, we also got told about transport back to Poole but no price was mentioned so I`m not sure if that would be included in the 3500.
I`m in two minds what to do about being a day case. On one hand I`d rather stay overnight just to make sure evrything`s ok, but for 400 less I may be able to manage as a day case. I`m more inclined to be safe rather than sorry really but we`ll see.

hi

i had mine done at highgate 10 days ago and i'm from lincolnshire so not far from you. i used my own transport and stayed in hotel near the hospital the night before coz had to be there at 6am. took me 3 hours to get there and the hotel was £80 and literally ten mins away from the hosptal.

I went for my ba with Transform through Highgate hospital last Tuesday. I went as a day case. I had to be there at 6am. I didnt use their transport but I live near Peterborough and it took 1.5 hours to get there in the morning.

transform tole me 4050 and everyone else pn here seems to have been told under 4 grand by transform.
