Making myself worse!

I had my ba 31/03. I am just over 2 weeks post ba. Everything went really well, could not be happier. Husband was at home for the first week and we (2 kids) moved in with my parents for the second week. Am now at home on my own with the 2 kids (1 is 4 and the other is 6 months). Feeling very nervous about looking after them and even getting back into the housewife roll. Was told to avoid lifting my daughter for another 4 weeks. How? Am worried about doing myself damage. I know I'm not the only mum to have this done, so how have you guys coped???
Top tips ladies would be really appreciated.
