Could some-one please explain what rippling is?

Hi all
I had my ba in january and iv noticed on one of my boobs around the nipple it looks flatter than the other one, is this rippling? if not, what is it?

That doesnt sound like rippling to me, not sure what it is? Rippling is when ya can see the implant through your skin, for example when i lean forward i can see little ridges where the implant moves about if you know what i mean mines not bad enough for anyone else to notice, even my hubby doesnt know what i mean and cant see it,Google breast implant ripples and you will be able to find some pics so you can see, they are normally bad the pics you find though x
