No simple answer!

It depends totally on your body. If you've not got much breast tissue you need unders otherwise the implant's too obvious under the skin.

The ps looks at a number of factors to determine the best area for implant placement including the ones i mentioned. however i thought i'd definitely need unders as i'm a slim size 8 and 8st, 32a/aa pre op but the ps said i shld hv overs and that's what i had are the results are more than i'd ever hoped for.
