Hi girls,

Just so you don't forget me I'm now posting my 5 weeks post op pictures on as the 10 day pictures have just left the forum after being on the front for so long. Thank you for all your comments - "Best Boob Job I Have Ever Seen", to name but a few.

Just to remind you I had 335cc medium profile round unders through nipple, (I was around 32a before op and are now measuring 32DD) Dr Tondu at Elyzea did my surgery, I would highly recommend him and now I see that more girls have opted for this procedure.

Scars are healing very well (one scar is invisible), bruising almost gone and I have full sensation in both nipples. Bottom of boobs are slightly numb, don't think they have dropped plus I don't really need to wear a bra anymore. They are soft but firm and I am hoping they will get softer.

Could I see your latest pics please? I'm having my re-op done with Dr Tondu probably on 6 November. Trying to do as much research as possible. Sue advised I have 335-350 max, but currently have 475's! Thanks in advance...

You look great and your boobs look very natural. Even after 10 years I still go without a bra sometimes, they havent dropped that much in that time.

If and when I have a re-op I will definitely go for unders this time with an uplift as I would have slightly smaller implants this time around. Will be exploring possibilities and your sorry is very interesting, so will think about Dr Tondu as a possibility (have I got the name right?)

Do have a new thread for new pics but this one seems to keep popping up. New pics are up of 3 1/2 months.

I would also like to say thanks to everyone for all your positive feedback. Just putting this additional info at the front. The info I have for this thread is old plus I found out recently that I had 330cc and not 335cc but this is only a couple of drops of water less.

Firstly just to remind you I had 330cc moderate profile round implants under muscle, textured cohesive silicone gel through niple, (I was around 32a before op and are now measureing 30e - up by 4 cup sizes) Dr Tondu at Elyzea in Brussels did my surgery - can highly recommend him. 30e may sound big but augumented breasts do not look as big as real ones.

My Stats after BA:
Age: 40 - mother of 3 girls (4,7 and 13)
Height - 5' 4" - 8 stone 5lbs (53 kg) - Size 8
Pre op - 32a
Post op - 30e
Surgeon - Dr Tondu periareola incision
Hospital - Elyzea Cosmetic Surgery Clinic in Brussels
Implant size - 330cc round moderate profile unders

As for changes over the last 3 1/2 months. Not much pain just discomfort from swelling. Was driving 4 days after op dropping kids off at school etc. Back to the gym after 2 1/2 weeks. Scars healed very well (one scar is inivisible), had brusing (did not take arnica and used anticeptic soap instead of hibicus for sterilsation and cleaning wounds), looks worse than it was. I have full sensation back in both nipples. Bottom of boobs were slightly numb but now all feeling is back, don't think they have dropped much plus I don't really need to wear a bra anymore as I have a decent cleavage (I think) but have started wearing one now just for maintenance. Also do rotational massage every day to stop the dreaded cc from occuring and pinch my scar between fingers to break up the scar tissue. They are now very soft and feel like real breasts to me and my hubby. Full softness happened at around 8 - 10 weeks.

I know I am very lucky to get the result I have plus also my recovery was fast with no complications. Not everyone is so lucky. I hope you find this information useful. If you have any questions just pm me.

PS I know this may sound silly but I sometimes miss my small boobs and I definitely don't want the fluffing fairy to visit me like she did Ellesbelles as her boobs have doubled in size but they still look fantastic.

Just wanted to say thanks so much for letting me see your pictures. I think your new assets look amazing.

Our stats are nearly the same and i am also having 330cc unders. Although mine are going in the crease under the breast.

I have two children and I think we have to put up with so many changes to our bodies when we have them and it can be unfair. (Although would never change my kids for the world) My partner is also contributing to my BA, so am very lucky.

If my BA turns out anything like yours it will make me so happy. Had to put up with nothing all my life and its about time I got lucky in that department!!

Thanks, for welcoming me to the forum, and you are right already i have gathered so much information. I would like to point out that you look amazing and the scarring is not visable at all. if mine turn out like yours i will be extremley happy. I would like to ask one question though, i have opted to have my incision under. Would you say that its better to have the incision where you had yours?

Thanks for the fab feedback. Very interesting question regarding incision. I can't really comment much as I've only had the periareola incision but I can tell you this, my opinion.

1. Dr Tondu told me that pain wise it's exactly the same as if you have incision under your breast line.

2. I think you can wear underwire bras quicker, after six weeks as there is no healing under breast line etc.

3. With incision being under breast line you have to wear a tight band around chest which can be very uncomfortable and painful so I have been told. With periareola incision you only place a dressing on top.

4. The most important one for me was that you will never see the scar line when you wear a bikini thus giving the illusion that your breasts are naturally yours.
