I am 3 months post op and never realised that one of mine was a differnt size or shape before having the op, never new a thing. Now that I have had the op, they are just as described in your dream, one is higher and rounder and the other is lower, pointing to the side and flatter????
I thought it was becuase of the BA but after having my appointment with the surgeon for final check, he showed me before pics and it had in fact corrected the problem slightly!
He did say that a BA will only increase the size of what you have got, it wont change the shape, direction etc. I think you would look great with a ba as you have nice shaped boobs so a BA for you would just balance them out, not like mine - north and south lol
Good luck with whatever you choose

"Just don't think i can do it" Posted by faerygold 14 May at 00:18
I just don't think I can go through with it. I hate what I have now, but I'd hate it even more to pay thousands to still hate them. I just don't know that I agree with the nurse's decision to have overs, I don't know about the size, I feel worried that I've not told my parents even though I haven't lived with them for years!
I want perfect boobs and I know exactly how I want them to look, but I just can't get out of the frame of mind that they'll look disgusting.
I feel like crying!!!

Couldn't get in to look at your pics.
If you have a size difference now it will be more visible when augmented so your PS will use different size implants probably to even them up.
I have different sizes in mine.
The nightmares are completely normal!
I am having my redo on Saturday and am having the odd dreams ha ha.

"Hope this helps" Posted by cazcarmen 13 May at 21:42
I think you could prob get away with same in both implants really cos you cant really tell one is bigger than the other. Im a 34D and worry mine are to saggy also. Yours are fine I think. Surgeons say if your nipples are above your breast fold, then your not saggy. Which makes mine not saggy thank god, just empty. About size it depends how big you want to go think 250cc will only make you a C and maybe around 360cc may make you a D. Not sure though. This is the problem I am having the majority of girls start with an A cup, but if there is something already there it depends on breast tissue. You had your consultation yet and where?
Thanks Carmen

Had a look at your pics and I dont think they are 'too saggy or empty' to get a good result. You look slightly bigger than I was before my op - I wore a 36a which fitted well - and had 280cc HP overs. I am about 13 weeks post op (lost count) and wear a 34e or 34dd now they look very natural and suit my frame. I think you will probably be a good size but it depends on what you are hoping for.

"Size" Posted by faerygold 13 May at 21:47
The thing is I really don't want to be bigger than a D. I don't know whether because I have loose skin and am quite empty whether it'll just fill up the empty space and not increase the size as much if I wasn't empty.
My right boob is quite a fair bit smaller than my left. It was a nurse I saw so surgeon might want to do different sizes. Eek!

I was the same. I only ever wanted to be a D but am really happy with mine now. It is really difficult to judge what size you will end up as I would never have imagined before my op I would have ended up this size. I must have had more breast tissue than I thought - I have had two children and went up to a E cup when pregnant so this could have made a difference. Where are you going for your op? Will you be seeing the surgeon beforehand as he is the one who will be able to give you a better guage on size.

I am also having bad dreams an thoughts hun! Literally have woken up in a sweat some nights wit worry an convinced myself I need to cancel in the morning! But woke up took one look at my boobs an came to my senses!! lol Good luck Dxx
