hiya everyone, whats the smallest implant you can get? Did hear there was a half implant available too...anyone ever heard of this? Im a 34D at the moment but would like rounder, more firm boobs....i hate the way they droop when i lean forward and would love them to be nice and firm...any help would be greatly appreciated xxxx

Have you thought about an uplift, make them perky again.
