it's great, bruises usually take weeks 2 fade on me. i took it 5 days b4 and 3 days after. after my op i had dark purple handprint bruises on my ribcage on both sides but within 3 days they were COMPLETELY gone. i couldn't believe my eyes, not even a trace of yellow left.
it only costs a couple of quid so u might as well try it.

"Dosage" Posted by smiler87 17 May at 19:43
Does anyone know how much Arnica to take before and after the BA? There are instructions on the label but I don't know if this is too little or too much. Says to take 2 every 2 hour for the 1st 6 doses then after 4 times a day?
