Macrolane videos on you tube

I'm thinking of having the macrolane breast aug done and have been doing research. i've seen lots posts on this ofrum about it and a few others on some other sites. I've noticed some people complain about the procedure being more instrusive and painful then they thought it was going to be and I've seen 2 videos on youtube that show the procedure. I thought I'd mention it on here so people have a better idea of what's involved.

Macrolane

Hi Lucy!

I cant believe there is a video, its a bit sick! I have had the treatment done... twice now actually (I had to have it done twice as I had asymmetry on one side and the skin had to stretch more on my smaller side. My g-d its the best thing I have ever done! The treatment is invasive more than painful, the worst bit is the local anasthetic injections but once thats done it is relitavely painless but invasive as you can feel pressure but HONEST no pain. Anyway if you go for it, I am sure you will be very happy!

Good luck and if you want more info - get in touch

Lucy.

Macrolane - is it best for women who've had kids/lost weight?

You hear much more complaints about BA that have gone wrong or women who are unhappy so I think macrolane may be for me.

I was wondering what age the women here who've had it done are and whether they've had kids?

I'm 26 and a 34B/32C with no kids. I like the shape of my breasts, I would just like them to be a cup size bigger to balance out my hips!!! As I don't have any excess tissue/skin from them being stretched through haveing kids etc, I'm wondering whether macrolane would suit me. I'm scared it'll just look really unnatural and not feel right.

Also, how long did it take to get a consulation and then how long to get an actual appointment?

Macrolane - not just for people who've had kids

Hiya....I'm 31 - I had a consultation with Dr Comins of Hans Place a few weeks ago. I phoned up on the Monday and I had a consultation on the Thursday of that week. I was little apprehensive of his response - at that point I had only had my baby 4 weeks. I've never had a particular decent size boob (36A/36B),I always hoped my bust would grow after having children but no this never happened! I have had 2 children (the second is 6 weeks old today)and my bust only got slightly larger with my milk coming in but shrivelled up to nothing again!). Of course I'm not breast feeding as you can't have macrolane if that is the case.

Anyway, I've decided to get macrolane done and my appt is in 2 weeks time (19th June). There were some earlier appointments but this is the only day and time that suited. I suggest you have a consultation to speak to the doctor regarding size. I know its designed for people with A/B cups so its irrelevant if you've had kids or not, although some womens bust tend to sag after breastfeeding.

It costs around £95 now for the consultation at Hans Place. There was another place in London that was free for the consultation - see my earlier post. However there was a massive wait - 8 weeks just for the consultation. I'll keep you informed of what happens with me! Good luck

Dr comins (hans place)

Hi, I had macrolane put in today. I am one of those scaredy cats when it comes to needles. All I felt was the local needle which wasnt that painful. You cant fell pain, really all you can feel is the dr massaging through the macrolane. after the first breast was done, they sat me up to look and check the shape. I wasnt even 1/2 way up, looked down at my breast and was out cold.. passed out. I woke up, felt like id been having a great dream, forgot where I was haha. Dr comins and his nurse checked me over and made sure at all times everything was ok. The 2nd breast was a breeze, the nurse kept me talking and took my mind off things. They we absolutly great!! I would recomend going to hans place. Someone else was waiting to have something done, but they wernt going to leave me until I was ok!
I used to have 32DD before having a child 4yrs ago, which shrunk to a 32B/C and were saggin abit, so I had the macrolane inserted around the top to give them fulness and make them look nicer. They are abit swollen, but from what I can see at the moment is they look good, little tender wwhen it comes to moving my arms, but all in all, all ok

Hope this helps some
