How much arnica for pre- and post-op??

I'm having lipo done at Elyzea in a few weeks. They recommend taking Arnica before and after the op, but don't specify how much to take. Does anyone know how much to take??

Seven days before, none opp day and seven days after. I used 200c (4g) strengh.

Hi, I followed the instructions on the container, i took them for 7days before op(didn't take any on the day of op as the nurse told me they contain a form of sugar and u need to not eat after a set time) and then 7 days after (starting the day after my op). I had my ba last monday and i had no bruising, i do think arnica helps. Hope this helps Jenny
