Powerplate
Hi,
I waited the suggested 6 weeks before exercising and using the powerplate. I definitely started off gently, and even resorted to wearing 2 sports bras as I was so concerned about ruining my new babies! Even though I had been walking alot post-op to keep up fitness levels, I found exercising again quite strange. I hadn't realised how much I'd begun to not raise my arms etc out of habit. My posture is much better now I am exercising again and I am (just about) starting to realise that my boobs won't be ruined forever just because they jiggle about whilst I exercise!
