Sports bras for breast enlargement

i have just ordered the medical Z bra from a website called under the top.
has anyone used this bra? if so did you order your bra in the same band size as u were pre op?
some people say to get your sports bra 1 band size higher than wot u are wearing pre op yet others are saying to get the same band size.....very confusing!
im a 34B and ordered mine in a 34E. hope it will fit me, not got my ba till october so plenty of time! cant wait though!lol x

Sports bra size

My surgeon said.....

"go and get 300 grams of rice x 2 in bags/sandwich bag type."

"Take to shop sealed and put them down bra - but the one which is the tighests to the rice. gotta be really really snug"

so if you having 400cc its 400grams of rice per boob, 420 = 420grams of rice etc etc

This way she said it will be perfect and she warned that it will be laods smaller than what you were hoping for - ie i want to be 32D so it may be 32C or B that i buy

Sport bra headache

Hi i have just booked my ba for the 27 August like you don't know what to get am 32b small and having 300cc or 305cc. am having trouble buying mine @ the moment.

What size will you be?

i know the z bra is supposed to be very good, but its not cheap at around £30 each, but it can also be used as a great sports bra afterwards to, its not ugly looking either! some sports bras are tighter than others to, i guess it all about trial and error!x

Implant size

hi hun just wandered what size implants your having and are u having overs/unders etc?

Waiting for consultation

not sure what implant size i will have as i dont have my consultation for a few weeks yet.
i would like to be a dd or e cup and i will have unders as that is more favorable with the surgeons out here (i live in cyprus)xx

hi, im having my ab on sept 10th.
when i went for my consultations i tried 410 and 460 im a 32c now the ps seems to think i will be about a dd, everyone on here thinks i will be bigger so im going to buy a 34dd and a 34e sports bra, i wear 34 c at moment think ive been wearing wrong band size think im a 32..

i think you will prob be bigger than a dd if ur starting size is a c cup, it seems that a lot of people end up measuring a little larger on the cup size than what they thought they would be! its a good idea to get a few a different sized bras to be on the safe side.x

well some people think im going to be about a f-g, so im going to buy a few different sizes to be on safe size!
