34d saggy to 34e is it too big?

im 23, had a baby 7 months ago and what used to be perfect boobs went flat with air and my nipples are nearer to my feet than i remember them being. i have a possible BA lined up but am coming up to day 5 of my 7 days to think about it and am starting to panic about the size i will be going to.. im supposed to be having 380cc.. im not sure if this is too big.?

I think going to 34D - 34E is a nice size to go to!
I had 460cc unders and currently in a 32F sports bra I was 32B after having a baby 8months ago.
Also do u want to look a 34E in clothes because some girls feel like altho they may b a certain size and look that naked they may look a size smaller in clothes? (Sorry if iv confused u more, but its something to consider)
I have days where I think in some clothes they don't look that big but the sports bras don't help.

Ive just got home from my BA, like you im 24 and after having my son my lovely 34D boobs were a little empty. I Went to my consultation with the idea of having between 400cc and 490cc implants. In the end my ps suggested 335cc i thought they would be too small but i put my trust in him. Anyway i had 335cc partial unders and my boobs are hugh, im wearing 32F sports bra, cant belive how big they are. I know so much of it will be swelling but there still massive. Hope that help, but you have to remember everyone is different. you got any pics pre op and ill let you know if they are anything like mine pre op?

hi surgeon sugested 380 cc implants which will make me 34 e, i never hed big boobs,,but after pregnancy i hate that saggy skin,,, i have to make decision today and dont know what to do

380cc overs

i was very saggy after breast feeding and had 380cc overs. got a great lift and am a 30f now. 32a/aa pre op., 5'2", size 8, 8st.
