Back from consult with dr barbara lutz....

just had my consult with Dr Lutz to find out sizes, placement etc She was a lovely woman very friendly towards me and understanding was very nervous going in as i have heard she is quite no nonsense. She answered all my questions and explained all her recommendations. So here is what she recommends for me... 260cc Overs or if i choose i can also have 300cc but she said my skin is quite thin and skin has sagged so nipples not exactly where they should be, she mentioned one nipple is 2cm higher then the other! she said the larger the implant the more chance of rippling and other complications so recommends the 260 but will do 300 if i want. I did ask why not place the implant under muscle and she said that my muscle is still where it was only the skin has sagged so implant will not be able to fill the skin below the muscle? if i wanted unders it would involve some work on my breast be it uplift/nipple being moved etc, so looks like overs for me! I have booked in to see Dr Khan to get second opinion and also still have my appointment with Elyzea so i will see if they recommend similar things.

At 24 being told might need uplift etc is crappy so feel even worse about my breasts now so definately want it done even more haha Just goes to show all the people including my boyfriendwho say my boobs are fine know nothing!! Scientically my boobs are shot to sh*t! haha can't wait to rub that in their faces haha

I had 265 unders 6 months ago. I was a 32a and now measure 30E/32DD. I too had nipples at different heights and for a while after my op it was really noticeable but 6 months on can honestly say you would't be able to tell! Good luck

Go for the bigger, 300cc is nothing.
I'm 5'5 8 and a half st used to be 32B now 32DD had 360cc overs.
Look at my pics hope that helps to decide.

i really want 360s but been told the max im allowed is 340, should i ask on the morning of my op if theres anyway i can go to 360/380 as i reeeeeally dont want to be disappointed with the size, im a 32b now, small frame, really hoping for a 32DD

I have to agree with Jackie 100%. Barbara did my ba 3 weeks ago and I`m chuffed to bits with the way everything has gone and the result I have.
I honestly felt that as a woman Barbara totally understands what we would like to achieve with our ba`s and I totally trusted her opinions.

hiya hun i feel for you im same age as you 24 and i was told by dr russo at transform that i needed uplift was really upset have breasfed one baby but couldnt belive theyre that bad anyway went to surgicare no mention of uplift but was a bit salesy there , went to my breast again no mention of uplift have booked with my breast for sept straightforward ba with george spyrou , definitely shop around and go to as many consultations as poss . when i left transform i was in tears but thats just one surgeons opinion , dr russo said my left nipple was slightly higher aswell he was so rude about it aswell could have died!x

I have done a picturetrail so i could see and share what they are like PM if you can relate or give some advice on what they may turn out like especially ladies who have had an uplift and implants.

Sorry to the girls i compared myself to saying i look like that now i obviously don't!!! From looking down they look totally different then when pictures are taken scared about results now as never realised how horrid they are

Cheers for the reply lillups i always prepared that they could say uplift but didn't actually think it would be said haha Feel a lot less excited now as i am imagining these boobs with bowling balls in type look full of ripples and uneven nipples I might get some pre op pics on picture trail so people can see properly what is going on. Do you think i should go for the 300s??? I definately going to seek other advice from different surgeons got on on friday at Elyzea and one next week with Dr khan (transform)

I dont think i would want to go bigger then 300 anyways i tried it on in the sports bra and i preferred how the 260s looked but i am following advice of the ladies on here and considering getting the 300 which looked just that tad too big but still livable Dont wanna get boob greed even though the way things are i will probably need a re op after a while cos they may sag with the weight of the implant??

My stats 5'5 - size 8- 25" waist- wearing a 32A bra (used to be 32B)- measurement around bra band is 28" Any advice opinions most appreciated

I'm having the same dilemma as you had. I went to see Barbara Lutz and she said exactly the same thing to me. I'm swaying towards the 300cc's but am worried about rippling but also don't want to go through the pain of the op and feel I've gone too small. What size did you go for in the end and are you happy with the result?
