Long earings

I have never had my ears pierced for various reasons so only wear clip on earings which is usually fine but I am struggling to find some long dangly diamante earings that i want to go with an off the shoulder evening dress i have just brought. The only place i have found clip ons with any length is Claires accessories but they look a bit cheap and have such small stud clips that they really dig into the ear and hurt. Any ideas?
