..yesterday which i was glad about coz it means getting back to normal but omfg its a killer. the cramps have me doubled over. i dont usually suffer too bad but this is a painkiller and hot water bottle job and even they're not helping. plus i have a stinking cold argh. oh well the joys of womanhood lol

sorry, rant over. i'm sure u'll all sleep better 2nite knowing what i'm going thro lol

i started my 4th period after m/c on Tues and on Tues night i woke up in unbelievable pain with cramps and was so hot and sweaty, it hurt so much i felt sick! Took codeine and they still hurt! As a result was up all night so didn't go to work yesterday as was still in pain and walking round like Mrs Overall from Acorn Antiques!
I have to say my first period was long and heavy and then the 2 inbetween weren't as bad, this one isn't actually as heavy but boy, did it hurt.
It feels like i've gone back in time to my teenage years, painful periods, grumpy PMT and spots on my chin and hairline...how delightful! Don't know if the m/c gave my hormones a kick start or what!

Feel a bit guilty as haven't gone in today either...oops!

me too, I had awful period pain, waking me at 3 am and had to take painkillers last month which was my second af since last period, i think it does make them much worse, xx
