OMG!!!! as some of you know i am now 10 weeks late for my period went to the doctors who did urine test which said negative then blood tests which showed hormone levels were normal but my liver enzymes were high which only occurs in pregnancy, doc thought it could be due to an early miscarriage i had in feb and said its prob taking a while for my levels to get back to normal she said to come back in 6 wks if i hadnt come on my period but to continue doing tests!

so i went to my friends house today who begged me to do another test and i had a very faint positive! i did a second test which had a slightly stronger line but still faint!!! OMG! im trying not to get my hopes up too much so im going to wait for the weekend and retest,

if i am pregnant i wont know how far i am as my last period was 10 wks ago but tests said negative, it was only last week that my blood test showed high liver enzymes and only today that i had a faint test so i dont no how far i am (if i am at all)

On Saturday, i did a pregnancy test at first it was negative so i put it in the bin, but something made me look again, i had a faint line (meaning positive). How sure can i be that i am positive?

thanks for all my lovely messages guys but my joy was short lived i started having cramps last night and started bleeding heavily this morning, im heart broken

i no im not imagining it as my friend, my boyfriend and her boyfriend can all see and agree that the line is there!!!!! i keep going back to look to make sure it hasnt gone and its still there!!!!

that's amazing news - how pleased must you be feeling. Cheshire cat springs to mind! teehee I'm really pleased for you and hope you get a stronger line over the wkend.

I get very faint lines with tests, I don't think I produce much of the hormone at first but it does get stronger further down the line.

I've heard many people here say you cannot get a false positive so lets hope they're all right and there is a little, healthy bean in you.

I've heard of people testing negative throughout their whole pg so it can happen.

thanks hun! im so pleased yet trying not to get my hopes up! a lady on the expecting forum said she was 2 months before a test came up as a faint positive!!! so fingers crossed there is a bean and it keeps growing!
