Oh god this is so hard one minute I am convinced I am pregnant and the next convinced that my period will arrive on Sunday as normal. I have been feeling sick for 9 days gradually getting worse each day, my breasts feel huge and tingly with occasional shooting pains and I have noticed veins around my nipples. I have had some slight cramping and very painful headaches that just come on then disappear just as quick. I did a test on Wednesday but it was negative and when I spoke to my doctor today he said that shop bought tests are not very good. My problem is my husband and I have been trying for a while and I have thought I was pregnant before and havent been and I guess I am just worried this is all in my head!! And although I only have a few days to go until I should find out it is driving me mad, anybody else in a similar situation?

i am exactly the same. I have been pg before(unfortunately lost it at 11 weeks) but that month i was convinced i wasn't and i was! The prob was that that time my early pg symptoms were the same as af symptoms...how annoying. Now i'm ttc again, every month i convince myself i'm pg, just cannot help it!
So basically you never know, when i was pg i convinced myself my af was late cos i was a bit stressed (the month before i had really thought i was pg and got myself in a bit of a state) even tho it had never been late before. I tested when i was 4 days late and got a very dark line.
Really hope she stays away for you x x x

I think we have all had this sitiuation most months, i convinced myself i was pregnant last month and had an implantation bleed, a dip in temps, and felt sick and then af arrived to ruin things,so you just dont know, and this month no bleed, no dip and felt no symptoms and then got my bfp! we cant win, dont read too much into every sign as it can get obsessive but easier said than done, I know!!! good luck hun and baby dust to you xxrach
