hi girlies quick question. For the past couple of weeks on and off ive had a achey pain in the right side of my groin. Ive also had sharpe pinchy pains in the same place just wondered if anyone could shed some light and is it a pregancy sign.

Im having exactly what you describe, i get it on my left side right down the bottom and its a dull constant ache but now and again it starts pinching and feels like a slight stabbing pain, I stopped the pill last month and im wordering if im gonna be a lucky one who catches first month !!! How long have you been trying for ??

I get an achy pain in my groin (usually right) when I ovulate and just before I'm due on too. But having said that, every women is different so it could mean something different for you (fingers crossed). We deffo need some BFP's on here to keep us all going. Maybe you'll be the first one and it will be like a bus and all come at once!
