Hi guys, im new to all this, just wanted some advice, I stopped the pill on the 17th April, had a withdrawel bleed and have not since taken any. Me and my boyfriend have been actively in the bedroom department as we would love a baby. The last week i have been having really mild dull aches in my lower belly and sometimes they are like small stabbing pains but it feels like they have been constant. I feel absolutely knackered all the time and i could have sworn i was going to throw up in work yesterday. I also keep getting dizzy spells throughout the day and i feel that if i dont sit down im going to fall flat on my face !! The first week after stopping the pill my boobs were in absolute agony and i could have cried every time my nipples rubbed on my bra/top!!! I knwo thats a side effect from coming off the pill ! If i was still on the pill i would be due on this sunday ! I dont know whether i need to actually count that as a real period or whether i should wait until i start throwing up as i did a test yesterday which was negative.has anybody got pregnant so soon after the pill ?? Could all my symptoms just be effects from coming off the pill, I cant help thinkin that im convincing myself im pregnant!!

I was on Cilest and I had similar symptoms for a few months convincing me I was preg. You might be lucky and have caught first time, you just might have tested too early. I would try again, say on Friday.Good luck!
