hello ladies anybody not heard off folic acid me nether untill today doctor told me to start takin it whilst trying to concive and carry on during your first 12 weeks it helps red blood cells and helps form the babies spine in the early stages of pregnacy i started takin folic acid today so fingers crossed xxxxxx

I took it last year when I was pg up until 13 wks. I unfortunately mc at 17 wks. I started taking it again when ttc but stopped when I seemed to get so stress out with all the ttc lol. I then started taking it again last month and fingers crossed I'm 3 days late have never been late before!!!!
