hi ladies, well as the title says, this is nothing to do with ttc but just wondered if any of you could help me. im off to ireland next thursday to see a friend and i dont want to have to check in luggage. im flying with ryan air and dimentions for hand luggage in 55x40x2cm. my case is 58x40x20cm. do you think i wud be able to get away with taking this as hand luggage? hope you are all well, i think SHE is on her way cos got cramps so sat on settee feeling sorry for myself with my Ben & Jerry ice cream (which cost £4 for a small tub by the way but well worth it cos its r8 nice, and fattening, naughty me). keep seeing lots of bfp's, CONGRATS!!! Hi to you newbies (and oldies, i kno there some of you still on ere who ive spkot to b4) *~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~ *~*~ thats enough, im keeping some for myself hee hee. xxx

Re baggage, I think the main reason for the size is so it fits into overhead cabinets - I think you've got more of a chance if it's a holdall as you can squish them around a bit. Think it depends on the company tho hon, sorry no help am I!! Remember also that you can't take liquids in hand luggage either (well, you can only take small ml bottles worth) and they just take them out and throw them away (even mascara!!) My DH's brand new bottle of aftershave (which believe it or not was the size it was supposed to be for hand luggage allowances) was taken off him when going out of Bristol!!!
