Hi,

I'm looking to start trying but i have PCOS and am scared that it's not going to come naturally !

have you got an advice.... i know i need to lose weight but its not the easiest thing in the world...

You really should got to the doctor as they can give you all sorts of medicines to help regularise you etc etc. I'm not an expert but I know lots of people (about 10) who have conceived relatively quickly - some with drugs (Metforming and/or Clomid) and others who have conceived naturally! So its not impossible hon. Lots of BD'ing and ask the Docs what they can do for you and you'll have a plan of action very soon.
