i haven't been on here for ages, think theres still a few old friends on here though, well i haven't had my BFP yet but i've found something that has helped no end. i have really quite irregular cycles which can vary up to 84 days long. i started acupuncture and chinese medicine 7 weeks ago and got my had 2 AF's in that time and ovulated both times cycles got down to 46 days and 37 days so i'm really immpressed with it. and also i have noticed my moods are better and i'm definately feeling more positive now about TTC.
has anyone else tried it? furthermore has anyone had any success with it?
there are a couple of other women that go and one of them was 26 and got her BFP after one month and a 37 year old lady who had been on clomid (on and off for 18 months) got her BFP after 3 months and now pg with second child!!!!
only on CD6 now and i still dont know when i will ovulate but just hoping that my cycle length will decrease further still!!!

nice to see you. thats amazing. acupunturists will see a storm of bookings now lol. i just dont no if i fancy it, i'm not fond of needles. yep i'm officially a woos. good luck

I had accupuncture after two miscarraiges, and got bfp in may and am now 16 weeks. My accupuncturist also suggested aspirin and certain foods to stop and eat more of, brazil nuts etc. and I stopped having aspartame (in sweetners and sugar free drinks)

My sister in law was trying for two and a half years started IVF they recommended accupuncture also to go with the treatment and she got her bfp before the ivf started after just 2 sessions of accupuncture Its a miracle!!!!!!

just gotta keep going with it now and hope that all comes good in the end.
i also has a M/C last year and i have found the Acu has def helped me.

I started acupuncture to regulate my cycles as they varied a lot and we had been trying for 10 months. I went 3 times in total and then got my BFP. I think it helped to relax me and made me feel like I was doing something.The girl used moxabustion on me, at acupuntucre points to warm my womb!seem to have worked!!!!
I would highly recommend it.

reflexology to regulate my cycles - they were soon like clockwork and I could time my ovulation to the second!

Just goes to show that alternative therapies really do help - I would recommend it to anyone
