Please help ive recently found out that im 4 weeks pregnant but now im bleeding dark brown please he

Hi All..
A couple of days ago i found out that im 4 weeks pregnant.. i was so excited but scared, After recently losing my little girl at 41 weeks..
Two days later i started brown spotting, i phoned the doctors, they said its proberly implantation bleeding.. the next day i had more but it was more than spotting and dark brown and a little red but not much red more brown .It continued for two more days. I phoned the doctors straight away they told me to have a blood test, Which ive done my hcg results came back at 133? they said i have to have anouther one to see if there going up or down. So now waiting for the results... Im so scared, Has anyone ever experienced anything like this before?
Or dose anyone know what implantation bleedings like?
And finally dose anyone know anything about hcg and how high they should be?

Sorry to go on, if anyone has any answers they would be very appreciated thankyou xxxxxxxxx

Oh no, I hope all is okay. I assume you've got your results.

Gail - how fantastic that you know the level rise. I haven't got a clue. I've bled in all 3 pgs (one of which I have my beautiful DS) and I never had blood tests with any of them. Just scans and went back. As I said, one of them was okay and I had pain/red blood and clots! Was sooooo lucky as I was convinced it was all over with him.

Hope everything is okay. Please let us know as I remember your story a while back - it was around the same time as my last miscarriage and really put things into perspective for me! I really really hope all is okay.

Take care

Hiya

congrats on ur BFP. i can imagine you'll be a nervous wreck all through ur pregnancy.

bleeding in early pregnancy is so common it should almost be classed as a symptom. as long as its brown and no clots and u've no pain, then i would try not to worry too much.

the hcg levels starting number is irrelevant, i think they can show between 5 and about 400 for a 4 week pregnancy which u certainly are. they'll look for a minimum rise of 66% in 48 hours. in an ideal world they'll double but as long as ur next result come back at least 220 they'll be happy that its still a viable pregnancy. when do u get ur results? let us know, and i've everything crossed that everything goes well for u.

Thankyou

I get my results tomorro.. ill let you kow how i get on thankyouxxxxx

Hi all

I got my 2nd blood results back they are now 280 so theyve doubled which they were ment too.. Hopefully this is a good sign but dont want to get my hopes up too much as i have to have another blood test on thursday. Will keep you informed how i get on xxxxxx

So glad

i've been on and of checking since yesterday lol. i've got everything crossed they carry on doubling for u. have they said anything about an early scan? it'll be too early yet but i think it would put ur mind at ease a bit?

tc, gail xx
