Hope you are all OK.

I came off the pill last July and we have been trying ever since and this month we are doing it every other day.

I was at my most fertile last Thursday/Friday and my period is due on the 31st August.

But today and yesterday have been having period pain (like its going to come any moment) and back ache all day. Anyone explain? Or is it my body just getting ready for Flo!!

I suggest that u visit a doctor for some tests because it could be the side effects of the pills.i also think that ur body could just be trying to get used to the fact that u r not oin pills anymore so just don't worry that much.all will be well and good luck.

is it possible that u could be OVing late? i suffer from OV pain which can be worse than period pain at times.

it could be implantation pain but tbh i think it'll be too early for that.
