http://www.myBabySweepstake.com allows you to inform all of the guessers once your baby has arrived and to declare the winner(s) of the sweepstake.

This is a non-profit website that I wrote while I was waiting for my baby to be born. Emily was 12 days late and 10lb 3 but was well worth the wait.
