I had my baby on 8th Jan.He is now 5wks old and is absolutely lovely! this was my first and i did not know what to expect, did not go to antenatal classes or anything! the only few bits of advice i can give you is to relax first of all, getting yourself worked up over it before it happens will not do you or the little one any good. Secondly, when you are in labour breathe long deeps breaths works wonders and by god take whatever drugs they will give you..i had diamorphine and it was brilliant! Trust me i know people will keep telling you this but once you have that gorgeous baby in your arms you will forget all the pain. the best you can do is just take it as it comes!

hope this helps! love Hayles n 5wk 4day old Finlay xxx
