So scared

Hi everyone hope all your pregnancys are going good...not long now
Im due 21st march and im getting really scared, i told my mom im scared and she kinda gets in a huff about it and just says " well your going to relax arent you!" in a horrible tone. I wanted my mom in with me and my partner at the birth as im 18 and so scared...but now im having doubts but i darent say anything incase she gets in a boo and offended....maybe later on i mite need her??so confused about it atm.
Im such a wimp and have a big phobia of needles and the braxton hicks ive been getting are painful so goodness knows what im going to be like in labour...i suffer from severley painful periods so i should cope ok...
Sorry for blabbing on just need to talk to someone im on maternity leave and dying of boredom lol..
Any replies wud be so grateful..

thats exactly how i feel!! im gonna be screaming!! tell me how it went babe!! good luck!! im sure it'l be fine... if it ws that bad people wouldnt be having kids!

I was too

i was 16 when i gave birth to my daughter, im now 18. i was really scared aswel but i didnt want my mum there as she wasnt happy about me being pregnant and wanted me to have an abortion...so i was uncomfortable around her. i just wanted it to be my and my bf. When it came to it i had mum dad my older sis and my best mate there and they all took it in turns coming in. (complicated reasons why bf couldnt get there) I was terrible with the pain...screamin cuz i thought i couldnt cope (my dad left hospital to stand outside at 1point because he hated hearing me in so much pain). But i got through it with only gas and air and it was all worth it. we just found out im pregnant again and cant wait to go through it all again. This time it will just me be and my bf lol. hope this helps Good luck!

Hi gosh congratulations, good to hear your happy about it
I watched this thing on tv last night and saw two women give birth in a birthing pool...( this is what im hoping for too) and it looked okay, but the things ive seen on the internet are like something of a horror movie lol.
I hate pain lol but theres no going back now lol....only 3 weeks left and i cant wait for her to be here...it just seems to be dragging lol
