I had dissolvable stitches after my c-section. I wasn't given the option as it was an emergency but I was told I had the dissolvable because I had a small baby and incision.

Whole thread for the following message:

Hello ladies how is everybody doing in their pregnancy?I am hanging in there only 4 more days until my scheduled c~section and i am ready to get it over with.I don't know if your one of them kind of people that think of child birth as an exciting experience but I am ready to get it over with, trust me them 4 days can't come soon enough.Does anybody know if I could get dissolvable stitches after the c is over? With my daughter I had dissolvable stiches on the inside of my body but they gave me staples on the outside.I am going to ask my doctor if it's possible to get them on the inside and out.Or if for some reason they don't give them on the outside. If you had dissolvable stiches plez write back or if you asked about them and got turned down plez tell me y.thanks luv maddie : )
