Hypno-birthing anyone?

I am starting to think about the birth options for my second (only 8 weeks but you know how your mind wanders!)
my ds delivery was quite stressful (ventouse and then forceps - he got stuck!) and I would ike to make this one as calm and relaxed as possioble, I have been trying to find out a bit of info on this and how effective it is.
Anyone had any experience of this?

Im going to do pregnancy yoga too later on in Pg so that will help with breathing etc.
