Hi, i just wondered if anyone else had this...I've just found out i'm pregnant (2 + tests) but i haven't seen the midwife yet. Working it out on my own i think i'm about 7 weeks. However, i've put on loads of weight and my jeans are too tight round the waist. I'm a petite size 8 normally and i used to be quite lucky that i could eat and eat and not change a dress size! I did have a flat tummy too (sorry-don't mean to boast, i did sit ups alot!) anyway, i now have a belly! it doesn't look pregnant, just fat! I have been eating just the same too. Is this normal so early on? thankkyou x

I am 10 weeks gone & i look like i'm 5/6mths gone, i'm also a personal trainer & for years i could tense my ab's, right now i don't have a hope in hell. People think i must have my dates mixed up (which i don't).

Don't worry cause you can get them back again, this is my 2nd child.

Afther giving birth i walked everywhere, did my pelvic floors, after about 6 weeks easy ab crunches & breast feed. The pounds just fell off. Up until 10 weeks ago i had my six pack, just need to find it again after March.
